It always makes me happy to see the first little vegetables as they start to grow. All the nurturing begins to pay off.
I’m particularly excited to make fresh salsa this summer. I’ve made different salsas in the past and canned them, but they just can’t compare to fresh chunky salsa!
New to the garden this year are salsa peppers and a pepper called Sweet Heat which is a red bell that’s got just a little heat to it.
