Buffalo chicken stuffed peppers…oh yeah!

More low carb deliciousness tonight! This meal packed a little heat and had a whopping 47 grams of protein!

My daughter wouldn’t eat this so she made a nice salad of romaine lettuce,  tomatoes, carrots, strawberries and pecans. That went nicely with my dinner.
