Brussels sprouts. I’ve never liked them. I really want to like them so I’ve been looking for recipes that sound like they might be appealing.
This was pretty easy to make and who wouldnt like brussels sprouts cooked with bacon and garlic.
Buy fresh brussels sprouts. I blanched them for 4 minutes while I started cooking chopped up bacon. After blanching, quick cool them by running cold water over them. Then slice them in half lengthwise and set aside.
Get the bacon cooked to almost done then add the brussels sprouts and some minced garlic and cook until sprouts are tender.
They were delicious! Bacon really does make everything better.
