On vacation this week. We camp close enough to home to check on the garden. Yesterday I picked all the jalapeño peppers that were ready so I could can them at the camper.
Canning in such a small space is challenging to say the least.
It ended up only being three pints of peppers but at least that made it a quick job.
In about 6 weeks these little guys will be a little mellow and ready to eat!
