It’s not in jars, but happiness nonetheless when I get my meals prepped for the week.
I’ve been working with a nutritionist the past two months and have seen some amazing results.
Although I’ve been consistently working out in the last year, I had hit a plateau.
I wasn’t eating enough. Mind blowing.
So now Sunday evening is meal prep night and I’m glad I am ok with eating the same thing all week. It keeps it simple and manageable…as long as the food is good.

To make it a little faster I cut out the step of searing the chicken breasts first.
Great source of protein and healthy fats and it tastes great!
