I can’t believe that I have never eaten rhubarb until now! I got a bunch from a local farm that had donated a farm fresh basket to a fundraiser I worked on last week. My friend won the basket and didn’t know what to do with the rhubarb. I told her I’d take it and make some jam and give her a jar.

This is a great recipe and it produced 12 half pints and one full pint jar. I will definitely make this again!
