I’ve been working with a nutritionist for about a year and a half. We’re constantly changing up my macros and sometimes it’s easier than others to follow them.
Right now I’m carb cycling. One day higher carbs and low fat intake and the next day low carb and higher fat.
I get used to eating lower fat and it’s actually hard to get the higher fat content in to meet my macros…enter “fat bombs.”
They were super easy to make and they tasted pretty good.

I didn’t have vanilla stevia liquid at my local grocery store so I used stevia drops and a little vanilla extract.
I can’t wait to try some other recipes!
