Cold season is here

The sniffles have hit our house so I decided to make some of my favorite natural cold remedy.

It helps with sore throats and coughs and it’s really delicious too.

You only need three ingredients to make it.

Ingredients: fresh ginger, lemons, honey.

I use a mason jar to store mine in the refrigerator. Peel the ginger and slice into small coin size pieces. Slice the lemons and cut the slices in half.

Then all you do is layer the ingredients and store in the refrigerator.

When you feel your cold starting you can scoop a tablespoon out and add to hot water or a cup of hot tea.
